Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance on industrial machinery, including but not limited to changing belts, motors, gears, and other mechanical components.
• Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting on equipment, ensuring all systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Maintain and repair facility systems such as lighting, HVAC, and plumbing as needed.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize production interruptions.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive measures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a proven track record of successfully troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance techniques.
• Experience changing belts, motors, gears, and performing electrical repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to industrial maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are a plus.
