Job Responsibilities: As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor/Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities within the industrial facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of maintenance mechanics and ensuring efficient workflow
• Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and machinery
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes
• Training and mentoring maintenance staff
• Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor or similar role
• Strong mechanical and technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe work environment
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial setting

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical certifications or degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in industrial maintenance
