Restaurant Front of House (FOH) Manager

Join our dynamic team at our highly acclaimed restaurant where we pride ourselves on serving superior dishes with world-class service. As a key part of our mission, we seek a FOH Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience in our fast-paced, high-volume establishment.
We foster a culture emphasizing guest orientation, celebrating success, diversity, and high volume. As a FOH Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining this atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operations of the front of house, ensuring world-class service and superior guest experiences
- Manage the waiting list and ensure timely seating of guests
- Engage with guests through table visits to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues proactively
- Inspire team spirit among staff and motivate them to provide top-notch service
- Implement training programs to improve staff knowledge and performance
- Maintain a sense of urgency to meet and exceed guest expectations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience as a FOH Manager in a full-service restaurant with $3M or higher volume
- Profound bar knowledge and understanding of steps of service
- Excellent skills in managing a wait and guest engagement
- High levels of energy, motivation, and a team-spirited attitude
- Demonstrated ability in training and fostering a sense of urgency in a team
