Job Title: Full-Time School Social Worker

Location: Manitou Springs, CO

Are you passionate about supporting students' social-emotional well-being and ensuring their success in school? We're seeking a dedicated Full-Time School Social Worker to join our team in Manitou Springs, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community agencies to support students' academic and personal growth.
• Advocate for students' rights and access to resources and services.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation to staff on social-emotional issues.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Colorado state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Social Worker.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in school social work.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
