We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and helping to build a comprehensive behavior program.

Key Details:

  • Full or Part-Time: We are open to candidates seeking full-time or part-time positions, providing flexibility to accommodate individual preferences and schedules.

  • Onsite Position: This role requires onsite presence within the School District in Gillette, Wyoming, offering the opportunity to directly engage with students, staff, and stakeholders.

  • Age Range: You will work with students aged 3 to 21 years old, supporting a diverse range of learners across different age groups and developmental stages.

  • Supervision Responsibilities: As a BCBA, you will supervise one Registered Behavior Technicianonsite, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.

  • General BCBA Duties: Your responsibilities will include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans (BIP), and implementing evidence-based strategies to support students' behavioral and social-emotional development.

  • Workspace: You will have your own dedicated workspace within the School District, providing a comfortable and conducive environment for planning, assessment, and collaboration.

Qualifications:
