Retail Merchandiser (Part Time)

We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and fun individual to become a member of the Merchandising/Sales team in the Timepiece Division of one of the top selling watch brands in the world.

Pay starts at $16.00 per hour, plus Mileage reimbursement based on current IRS regulation. Merchandisers work approximately 10-15 hours per week with a flexible schedule — primarily weekdays, with weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required
• Prior merchandising/sales experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Must have Email capabilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred but not required
• Outstanding and attention to detail and organizational skills

As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for following a planogram and all visual directives, providing sales support, and conducting in-store trainings. The Merchandiser travels to locations in Midland, Odessa, San Angelo, and surrounding areas.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute displays to entice customers while staying within company standards
• Analyze business to determine best/worst sellers and adjust planogram accordingly
• Merchandise and maintain timepieces in all accounts including Department Store, Mass Merchants and Jeweler Accounts.
• Use and placement of POP material
• Partner with all store personnel including Management and communicate effectively with each Manager on a regular basis
• Conduct In-Store trainings on product knowledge
• Completes Monthly Reports and submits monthly pictures
• Provides In-Store Product Knowledge Trainings
• Assists Customers with sales, questions, and concerns
• Required Sales Time during peak selling hours
• Must have good Customer Service Skills as well as Communication Skills
