Senior Accounting Analyst

GEE Group is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join a leading manufacturing company dedicated to excellence and innovation.  Reporting to the Controller, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders, support financial operations, and drive performance analysis initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial impacts and educate departments on cost drivers.

·         Support journal entries, reconciliations, month-end processes, and special projects.

·         Assist in implementing financial systems and preparing reports on projects and assets.

·         Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.

·         Provide ad-hoc analysis to support company performance.

·         Ensure accuracy in invoicing and inventory reconciliation.

·         Maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing demands.

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

·         Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

·         5+ years of financial analysis experience.

·         Knowledge and ability to do Cost Accounting

·         SAP proficiency
