Job Description: Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a rewarding contract position in home health care. This position offers a 13-week assignment in The Villages, FL, providing essential care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to homebound patients
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase as a charting system
• Ensure compliance with OASIS documentation with a 24-hour turnaround time
• Achieve weekly productivity goals of 25-30 units
• Potential for on-call and/or weekend shifts

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida
• 1-2 years of experience in home health care as an RN
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase charting system
• Ability to maintain a 24-hour turnaround time with OASIS documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass medical document review, background check, and drug screen in compliance with the Joint Commission
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support
