**Essential Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:**

- Foster consistent and effective communication with the patient care team, students, families, and other key stakeholders involved in patient care.
- Play an instrumental role in supervising staff and students, including developing robust in-service training programs to further staff development.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to the proper use and maintenance of equipment while upholding an efficient workspace.
- Display agility in responding to requests for professional insights and advice, adeptly referring intricate matters to the appropriate staff.
- Instruction and guidance to students and families regarding relevant aspects of student care.

**SLP Requirements for Success:**

- Hold a valid state SLP licensure, empowering you to make a real difference in students' lives.
- Elevation of your skills with ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Rely on your minimum of two years of school experience to guide your decisions and practices.
