Job Details
- Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience proactively supporting attorneys at a mid to large-sized law firm.
- Experience editing and proofreading documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable federal and state statutes and local rules.
- Experience filing documents with the courts electronically.
- Strong drafting documents and filings skills.
- Experience assisting attorneys in deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience utilizing eDiscovery software, preferably Relativity, to manipulate and organize data for document production request.
