Speech Language Pathologist Opening (SLP) Virginia

Soliant is seeking a licensed Remote Speech Pathologist (SLP) to provide tele speech services to a school district located in Northeast Virginia.As a Remote Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to an assigned caseload from the fort of your home.

Details:

• 2023-24 School Year
• Full Time, 35 hours/week
• Caseload will be discussed during the interview, based on school need and professional experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose munication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
• Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outes for students
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
• Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress

Requirements:

• A valid VirginiaSpeech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
• Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Professional Liability insurance coverage
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
