Caseload: Middle and High School (Approximately 60 students)

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in beautiful Molalla, Oregon! We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of middle and high school students. If you are passionate about helping students develop their munication skills and ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' progress.
  • Maintain accurate and organized student records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
  • Stay current on best practices and advances in the field of speech-language pathology.
  • Support and advocate for students' munication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Oregon state licensure as an SLP.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • passion and dedication to improving students' munication skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
