Property Staff Accountant

We are seeking a highly dedicated Property Staff Accounant to join our growing team.

This opportunity will have the ability to grow into a Senior and Management level role in the future.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all bank and credit transactions
• Processing GL's
• Vendor billing
• Adjustments to entries
• Assist management with special projects
• GAAP
• Day to day accounting - AP/ AR
• Maintaining payment methods and collections
• Budgetting
• Petty cash

Qualifications:

• Former property management experience required
• Former proerpty management accounting software experience such as - Yardi, TOPS, Enumerate
• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Math or relelvant required
