Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Markham, TX

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school team in Markham, TX. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one support to students with autism or other developmental disorders.
• Collect data on student behavior and progress, and communicate findings to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students receiving behavioral support.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
