Base Qualifications for all Cooks

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid WA Food Worker Card required after hire.
• Weekend availability required.

Prep Cook

Join our culinary team as a Prep Cook, where your skills in ingredient preparation are key to our delicious dishes. You'll enjoy the unique role of preparing the daily employee meal, becoming a cherished part of our team's day.

• Prepare and manage the daily family meal for up to 100 employees.
• Assist in kitchen prep tasks, ensuring high quality and adherence to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety standards.
• $17 - $24/hr base pay DOE + service charge average.
• Commercial kitchen experience is a plus.

Banquet Cook

Elevate our guests' dining experiences as a Banquet Cook, using your expertise in cooking techniques to create memorable banquet events amidst the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

• Master the coordination of food orders and presentation for banquet functions.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation standards and maintain a clean work area.
• Utilize your knowledge of menus and preparation techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
• $18 - $26/hr base pay DOE + service charge average.
• 3+ years' commercial kitchen experience required.

Outdoor Patio Line Cook

As an Outdoor Patio Line Cook, indulge in crafting high-quality, seasonal dishes that highlight the best of Pacific Northwest cuisine in a stunning outdoor setting.

• Prepare a wide range of ingredients, focusing on meats, seafood, and vegetables, using various cooking techniques.
• Ensure each dish meets our high-quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Engage in creative menu development with the culinary team, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
• $17 - $26/hr base pay DOE + service charge average.
• 2+ years' commercial kitchen experience required.

Resort Kitchen Line Cook

In our award-winning resort's kitchen, you'll work alongside a talented culinary team, preparing dishes that showcase locally sourced ingredients and the region's flavors.

• Take charge of preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, adhering to our high standards.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized, ensuring smooth service periods.
• Contribute to menu innovation, ensuring a dynamic and exciting dining experience for our guests.
• $17 - $24/hr base pay DOE + service charge average.
• 2+ years' commercial kitchen experience required.
