The Director of Digital Program Management will play a pivotal role as a member of the Digital Leadership Team equal parts change agent, master orchestrator and pragmatic optimist, with a strong communication and collaboration skillset. To be effective, this leader must have proven success managing complex digital transformation programs within a global organizational structure that demands a highly collaborative approach, be able to navigate and operate globally, influence and spark change/progress, work well in matrixed organizations, and be ready to define and drive a thoughtful approach to operational program and change management in support of digital transformation at Arrow Global Components.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define, communicate and lead our cross-functional operating model, ways of working and an approach to collaboration that will enable us to make continuous progress towards our strategic digital vision, north star and OKRs/business outcomes.
  • Lead and manage all organizational business reviews, program communications and governance forums (e.g. Steering Committee, Core Team) ensuring understanding and alignment across key global business and functional leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership team on decisions regarding program scope, roadmaps and sequencing, trade-offs, and key results (OKRs).
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively and proactively to manage expectations and address concerns.
  • Partner with Digital Product Management and Business leaders to analyze and develop strategies to address business readiness, operational impacts, process opportunities and overall change management requirements that may be necessary to achieve business and customer value.
  • Partner with Finance to track program budget and to identify and advocate investment strategies across people, process, technology and data that support progress towards our aligned objectives and outcomes.
  • Leverage competitive and industry insights to identify key trends and opportunities relevant to digital transformation, change management and program leadership.
  • Continuously track, measure and analyze operational program progress and performance.
  • Support development of a Digital organization culture that is customer-centric, learning-based, focused on continuous improvement, and grounded in measurement and data-based decision making.


What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related relevant field preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience of progressively increasing digital program management and leadership experience.
  • Experience in large complex global environment, B2B industrial preferred.
  • Strong financial and overall reporting and analytics skills with ability to synthesize complex data points into simple business-focused insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and collaborate across functions and teams.
  • Master communicator: A track record of presenting insights and related high priority topics to executives and peers. Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating large group sessions. Clear communicator with ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex concepts.
  • Excellent collaboration skills working with internal and external stakeholders and across both business and technical teams.
  • High degree of personal integrity; culturally sensitive & empathetic.


Work Arrangement: (Effective Sept. 1, 2023)

  • Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$157,700.00 - $240,350.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
