System One is looking for a Paralegal for a Non-Profit located in Atlantic City, NJ.
Job Information: Located in Atlantic City, NJ
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, immediate start.
Paralegal Job Duties:
Assist with client intake and interviews
Prepare and file pleadings
Participate in staff and case acceptance meetings
Assist in all phases of litigations including investigations, research, interviewing, writing and preparing pleadings
Prepare work with Managing Attorney, Staff Attorney(s) and others in planning, developing and implementing community outreach and community legal education programs
Develop new ideas to provide service to clients
Prepare reports
Paralegal Job Requirements:
Paralegal Certification preferred; experience in writing and research may be substituted for education
High School Diploma required
Ability to show empathy and sensitivity to clients as needed
