Parts Coordinator

Provides assistance and responds to channel partner requests in connection with technical parts issues regarding products. Ensures adequate stock is available for newly introduced equipment. Coordinates the activities in Customer Care to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The primary responsibility of these roles will be to measure parts in the warehouse and input the data into our packaging spec application. Coordinates the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders. Requirements: Open to recent graduates.
