Responsibilities:  Operate, Monitor and document all phases of the Systems.  This individual must consistently and accurately maintain HACCP records

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must be independent thinker who can work with limited direction from Supervision
• Basic Computer Skills
• Able to work Weekends and/or alternate shifts when situatinoos dictate
• Must be capable of taking own initiative to correcto or solve a problem
• Must be honest, dependable, and willing to follow with instructions
• Must have a sincere desire to learn new tasks and skills
• Must be able to work in hot or cold environments
• Must have the desire to understand the science based information for which we operate

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to Read and Write English (Preferred)
