This position pays $16- $18 per hour with bonus potential.

About Best Tile:

Best Tile has an opening for a (Full Time) Design Sales Consultant who will:
Use your expertise in home décor to inspire customers to create tile design solutions.
Field requests and inquiries from customers, vendors, and members of the Showroom Team.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the Showroom layout.
Assist with in-store and off-site events and programs.
Best Tile is committed to ensuring a safe, healthy, and efficient working environment for our employees. All offers for employment are conditioned upon clear results of a drug test, and background check.
Requirements:
Design Sales experience; home/bath/kitchen preferred.
Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
Excellent communication and time management skills, balancing multiple priorities and working well under pressure in a retail environment.
Excellent organizational skills; solid computer and systems skills.
Highly collaborative and team oriented; ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
Design Certificate and/or Associate's Degree in interior design, architecture, marketing or equivalent is preferred.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule with Thursday evening and Saturday day hours required.
Ability to pass a post-offer employment screening, which includes drug testing, and a background check.%961705% %%sales%%
