Role and Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the TEBS Telecom team, project management team, and other key personnel to gather and update user, telephone extension, and associated data for departments and migration sites. Work with database and front-end developers to enhance and maintain an online database for organizing user and extension data. Manage requests for database exports and reports. Support the Telecom team and departments in the data true-up process to ensure accurate data alignment before migrating users to their assigned telephony solution. Work with project team members to cross-verify data and correct any discrepancies. Assist the Telecom team in preparing and submitting final reports to vendors in preparation for site migrations. Minimum Qualification Proven experience in data management, with a focus on data collection, validation, and reporting. Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to manage and analyze complex datasets. Experience with Microsoft Teams and Avaya telephony solutions is highly advantageous. Understanding of database technologies, data modeling, and SQL. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in data management software and tools. Capable of creating clear and comprehensive documentation and training materials for nontechnical users. Preferred Qualification Bachelor’s degree in data management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
