Job Summary

This position will perform duties to provide physical and psychological care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Will perform clinical patient care duties and assist nursing staff to perform diagnostic procedures, transport of patients to other off site services, manage and maintain equipment, supplies and orient new employees. Will assist in formal and informal staff education, will be expected to be a member or lead various committees throughout the hospital focused on improving patient care and be accountable for project management.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. 
  • This position requires you to be 16 years of age or older.
  • Minimum of 2 year of  experience as CNA/Patient Care Technician  or  related direct patient care position required

Work Schedule

  • Ability to work various shifts as scheduled

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

  • $18.25 - $24.00 per hour
