Position: Accounting Specialist 

Location: Summer, WA 

Pay: $26/hr to $30/hr (depending on experience)

Experience: 1+ years of general accounting experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree in accounting or business is preferred but not required

Type: Full-time; Contract

Logic Staffing is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!  

Job Description: 

• Maintain financial records and process invoices and payments
• Juggling multiple entities and vendors in Yardi and Avid
• Code invoices, analyzing workflows to streamline processes
• Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships is a priority
• Ensuring bills are paid accurately and promptly within departmental guidelines
• Investigating and resolving invoice processing issues
• Filing and distributing crucial accounting documents, and reconciling credit cards to expenses
• Your keen eye uncovers potential discounts, reducing invoice amounts, and you are vigilant in managing sales tax payments
• Track company credits, apply them judiciously to vendor payments, and perform monthly reconciliations for numerous bank accounts
• From monitoring payments to handling bank activities and providing insightful follow-ups, you are the backbone of financial stability, adhering to policies and procedures with unwavering commitment!
