Make up to $18.00/hr including tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Requirements:

At least 18 years of age or older
Restaurant experience
Leadership experience

Responsibilities:

Handling and managing customer service to meet the 5-Star Guest Experience
Hands-on management of the business operations during shifts, delegating tasks to team members, and resolving problems that occur on their shifts.
Will perform the same tasks as the other employees. Such as, delivery driving, make-line performance and being a great part of the team!
Being able to perform the same tasks will allow you to lead and coordinate employee responsibilities to improve efficiency and customer service.
You will also focus on stocking inventory, prepping foods, following health and safety regulations, balancing cash register/ preparing cash deposits
Manage co-workers in the absence of the Assistant or General Manager. Including monitoring attendance, adhering to company policies and employment standards, and conducting performance reviews/sharing feedback with upper management and team members.
