The Sr Business Systems Analyst formulates, defines, and documents innovation experiments' scope, objectives, and success measures through research and fact-finding with subject matter experts. Drives creation of key artifacts for the Technology Innovation Lab, including Experiment Briefs. Will help coordinate product evaluation experiments through close collaboration with sponsors and participants. Assists with solution testing to determine if experiment outcomes meet defined objectives. May lead projects of smaller scope or manage portions of larger projects.

What you will do:

  • Work intake/prioritization: Work with requesters of Innovation experiments to review priorities and understand opportunity.
  • Work definition/requirements management: Work alongside Lab team to define scope, objectives, and success measures.
  • May collaborate with development teams on test planning to identify test data requirements and/or scenarios.
  • Day-to-day support: Acts as the daily liaison between business stakeholders and Lab teams, troubleshooting and answering questions as needed, following up on outstanding issues that block experimentation.
  • Document outcomes and recommendations of experiments
  • Help prepare product evaluations by documenting key goals, scope of evaluation, and training needs.
  • Coordinate product evaluations by working with participating users to train them on use cases, collecting data and feedback to measure success.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent emphasis (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Technical Analyst
  • Preferred experience using JIRA in Agile or iterative development methodologies
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and AI-driven experiences
  • Ability to do basic data analysis within tools like MS Excel

Base Salary Range

$84,000.00 - $118,575.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
