HOH Water Technology is a leading, growing, third generation family-owned water treatment company celebrating 55 years of business! We help commercial and industrial facilities around the Midwest manage their water treatment problems. We are seeking a Finance Manager who is responsible for leading and managing the finance and admin team while overseeing all of the accounting and administrative operations within HOH. This role reports to and works closely with the Finance Director. Strong people and accounting skills will allow for the communication between departments as well as process improvement that this role will drive. Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience in finance and management.   • Base Salary range $80,000-$120,000 based on experience. Company Profit Sharing Bonus

Main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Leadership, Management and creating Accountability within the Finance/Admin Team. Team consists of 8 individuals in various Finance/Admin roles. Drive employee engagement and create opportunities for growth and development.
  • Oversight of all financial transactions and processes including AP, AR, invoicing, orders, purchasing, and general ledger transactions.
  • Working with the team to improve processes to allow greater transaction volume as we scale.
  • Manage monthly financial close and compilation of financial statements.
  • Active participation in annual outside financial review.
  • Oversee compliance with sales and income tax as well as other local, state, or federal filings.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Finance Manager with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Candidate must have strong communications and organizational skills, possess a strong character and be self-motivated.
  • Must pass a Drug Screening
  • College Degree preferred
  • Must be able to communicate in English and ability to read proficiently in English
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
