What You’ll Do

Join the Payless Power team as an Account Resolution Representative, where your problem-solving prowess and self-motivation lead the charge in delivering outstanding customer support. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in resolving customer concerns, issues, and complaints, your role is crucial in transforming customer challenges into positive outcomes through your diligent and efficient resolution skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and issues, utilizing phone, email, and live chat.
  • Demonstrate superior problem-solving abilities, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues swiftly and thoroughly.
  • Proactively improve service quality by staying informed on company policies and customer service best practices.
  • Embrace a solution-focused attitude, approaching each customer interaction with positivity and determination.
  • Complete and update records of customer engagements and resolutions, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights, tackle concerns, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain professional excellence in high-pressure situations, exemplifying top-notch communication skills.

Performance Metrics:

  • Surpass KPIs including call de-escalation rate, handling time, and quality assurance scores.
  • Display consistent reliability in managing workload and schedules.
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with legal standards and company policies.
  • Actively contribute to team and departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in resolving customer concerns, issues, and complaints.
  • 1+ years in inbound/outbound call centers with a track record in resolving customer issues efficiently is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of handling multiple systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. 

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • The employee may be on the telephone with customers for several hours without a break. Handling a large volume of calls promptly is essential to this position.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
  • Frequently required to use fingers and reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment while performing the essential functions of this job.
