Residential Organizing and cleaning professional

Flawlessly Functional Professional Organizing is URGENTLY looking to add a high-end Residential Organizing and Cleaning professional to our team!

Here is what we are looking for:
-An individual who is hard-working, works quickly and efficiently, is dedicated, dependable and reliable with superior professionalism and confidentiality.
-Experience in residential cleaning and organizing or similar field
-The role requires impeccable attention to detail, and someone who is task oriented.
-REQUIRED to have reliable transportation and available to travel to clients' homes, while maintaining a flexible schedule with availability on specified date.
-Able to lead a team of 2+ in Residential settings, include task delegation and quality control.

Our service area is in and around San Antonio.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for Cleaning and Organizing residential spaces with meticulous detail.
-Responsible to ensure quality of service is provided to each and every client.
-Able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to get up and down off the ground and able to withstand Texas heat in a garage or storage shed.

Must be willing to have a MANDATORY background check

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: weekdays
• 1+ year of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
