CNC Mill Machinist - Full-time

AMG, Inc. is a well-established and equipped, AS9100:D certified manufacturer with locations in Central Virginia (Lynchburg) and Roanoke. AMG is an Employee-Owned company that has been doing business in Central Virginia for the past 45 years.

AMG, Inc. is looking to hire a Mill Machinist C for our Lynchburg location.

Requirements:

• Blueprint with GD&T reading capabilities
• Minimum 2 years of machining experience or graduation from a certified machining program
• Understanding of mechanical and manufacturing techniques
• Must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. Citizen
• High School diploma or equivalent required

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, both verbal and written. A sound background in mathematics, with trigonometry would be advantageous. Strong computer skills are also beneficial.
