Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a passionate User Experience Designer to join the Enterprise Organizational Enablement and Change Management Team supporting Lockheed Martin's 1LMX Transformation.
As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for keeping our employees/users at the center of our Transformation effort through a mix of design, user research & testing and rapid prototyping while applying strategic guidance and best practices to shape experiences across the 1LMX technology ecosystem.
This role has the opportunity to think big picture and shape the future of Employee Experience at Lockheed Martin, working in partnership with the development teams, product owners, and senior leadership across one or more of our Transformation Value Streams.
This is a virtual role which can be filled near any major location in the domestic US
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
Ability to create prototypes, wireframes, user flows and mockups to meet customer and user requirements
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
Understanding of UX in Agile and ability to apply UX knowledge and methodologies to shape incremental deliverables
Understanding of Information Architecture and ability to apply that knowledge to positively effect content strategy and user experience
Basic Understanding of application development process
Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and present ideas to shape and influence UX strategy for products
