Essential Duties:
Qualifications:
- Effectively uses shop packages to include, but not limited to manufacturing orders, bill of materials, routings, part prints, job layouts, and quality alerts
- Ensures that gases and tools that are used are within calibration dates
- Sets up and operates multiple machines simultaneously as required by the routing
- Sorts and reworks non-conforming parts as required
- Produces product to established quality standards and notifies direct supervisor if non-conforming product is found
- Participates in SQCD Board meetings as scheduled
- Performs quality checks per WEOP0855 and associated Inspection Record (QF08120)
- Requests raw material in a timely manner as needed for production and maintain accuracy of all inventory procedures
- Performs and documents preventative maintenance according to released methods 100% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to safely and properly operate and set up various production machines.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to do simple math calculations
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and blue prints.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and fill in required quality forms.
- Ability to read and properly use measuring devices, such as micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gages, and other inspection devices as needed.
- High School Education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience
