CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Haven Home Health is looking for compassionate and experienced CNA's to provide *in home *services in accordance with an established care plan.

Position:
* Full Time - Days, Nights
* Part Time - Days, Nights
* PRN - Days

Hourly starting at *$20 /HR dependent on experience*

*CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Responsibilities*
* Provide health care services in patients residence
* Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
* Administer simple prescribed medications
* Assist with clients personal care activities
* Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
* Maintain patients care records and document provided services
* Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
* Collect routine specimens
* Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

*CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Requirements/Skills*
* *CNA license in the state of Oregon*
* Minimum of 1 year of Caregiving experience
* Good Communication and Problem Solving skills
* Valid Drivers license/Auto Insurance with clean driving record
* Valid CPR Card
