Powder Coater Lead - 2nd Shift

*Paid Training for a few weeks during our day schedule (8am-6:30pm)

Exact Inc. (a division of Chancey Metals, LLC) is a precision sheet metal fabricator using modern equipment and software to process orders utilizing ISO 9001 processes for a range of customers. Using the latest version of SolidWorks solid modeling, AMADA software (to generate CNC programs), and Epicor ERP orders are processed quickly and efficiently. Exact processes orders for commercial and military customers. Exact is a full service fabricator with full in-house powder coat, wet paint, Zinc, Alodine, Phosphate, silkscreen, etc.

Job Description

• Powder coat applicator’s duties include: keeping work area safe and clean, cleaning and maintaining powder coating equipment, coating prepped surfaces, final touch-ups, maintaining quality, avoiding touch-up through proper layout and racking of parts.
• All applicants must be able to follow directions, be a team player, be able to lift and move 75 lbs, and be able to work in confined spaces.
• Overtime available.

Qualifications

• Previous Powder Coating Experience is a must.
• Previous Leadership Experience is a must.
• Must be capable of documenting batch numbers and trace-ability paperwork.
• Must be self- motivated.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
