If you have a valid TWIC Card and you are looking for Warehouse Work please call Lester Ashe with QLM 850.756.0049The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for pulling, loading, and receiving different materials. Physical requirements include standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and grasping. Available shifts include day, mid-shift, and night shifts. All warehouse employees report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Pull material from our inventory using a side loader forklift. Some of the items pulled will be hand stacked on fork tines while other orders may require material to be taken to the pulling station. Overhead bridge cranes are used to pull material in all other locations of the warehouse.
  • Tag and package orders for shipping using overhead bridge crane and pneumatic banding equipment per customer-specific order instructions.
  • Verify material received with receiving documents for quality assurance purposes. 
  • Count, measure, and apply the proper barcodes to the incoming material.
  • Load material onto outgoing trucks according to designated production documents.
  • Analyze shipments and determine the best method for loading considering the order of stops, shipment size, and the weights of different loads to properly distribute weight on the vehicle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



  • Ability to use and read a 25’ measuring tape to 1/16 of an inch.
  • Proven knowledge of tallying loads
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Technical ability to use computers and tablets for recording orders.
  • Possess organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate well with others.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening that includes a drug test, hearing test, back screening, and physical.
