Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager for full-service Restaurant. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Must have a Minimum 3 years within a restaurant management role, 2 years as AGM or upper management. Able to work long days within a fast-paced environment. Having a background in new restaurant openings is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter and someone who comes with problem-solving skills that can assist a new opening for a dynamic restaurant that will be service and culinary-focused. Bar management skills are a plus but we are not seeking just someone that is good behind the bar and training we need someone who will add service fundamentals to our service staff and work with our culinary team on executing excellent service daily.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage floor staff
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
