We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Crew Member to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop, along with a strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor landscaping.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation, building patios, water features, landscapes and more.
- Assist with the installation of outdoor living spaces.
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to our shop for daily work assignments.
- Previous experience in landscaping or related outdoor work preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
