Local Company looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Summary
Compiles and maintains accounts payable records.
General Accountabilities
1. Checks and approves all invoices for payment.
2. Prepares invoice deduction notices as necessary.
3. Answer vendor inquiries.
4. Prepares accounts payable reports.
5. Compiles accounts payable reports
6. Maintains all accounts payable files
7. Prepares analysis of accounts
8. Assist in monthly closings.
9. Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.
