Salary: $1,800 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (night shift) with on-call availability during the day
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside and oversee night operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage a team during evening hours, providing guidance and support.
- Handle on-call duties during the day, addressing urgent matters promptly.
- Monitor employee performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with upper management to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities during daytime hours.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
