Data Migration/Conversion Specialist

This is a remote position.

Do you have experience with Siebel or MS Dynamics data migration? It is mandatory, so if you don't, we won't respond to your application.

This is remote on EST.

• Must have Bolded Experience:
  

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
    
  • Eight (8) years of experience in data conversion management
    
  • Prior experience in data migration from Siebel or a similar system to MS Dynamics – Customer Service module is required
    
  • Five (5) years proficiency in data conversion tools
    
  • Five (5) years proficiency use of ETL tools
    
  • Five (5) years’ experience in XML data extraction
    
  • Prior experience working in Health and Human Services is highly desired
    
  • Excellent communication skills
    

  Duties/Responsibilities:
  

  • The objective is to provide direction, coach and direct the application conversion process, adherence to Data standards and deliverables and interdependency of data across all application workstreams.
    
  • Assist with data extract planning, explaining the conversion process, defining data requirements, and other activities to prepare for data conversion.
    
  • Lead/direct the Development and other members of the Conversion team to develop new conversion tools and processes.
    
  • Ability to help resolve conversion issues.
