Job Description
We are looking for and outstanding Medical Receptionist and a MA float to join our Internal Medicine practice! Must have previous experience working in a medical office.
The Medical Receptionist responsibility includes checking in and checking out patients, answering and directing of phone calls as well as taking detailed messages. Precertification of testing, referrals, scheduling patient appointments, gathering patient information, insurance verifications, collecting co-pays and account balances, and scanning of medical documents into the EMR system.
MA float position will be working both the front desk and working the back office rooming patients, taking vitals, sending in medication refills, helping with prior authorization of medication and charting in our EMR system.
Benefits include Monday-Friday hours, paid holidays, PTO, 401k after one year of employment, medical, dental, vision insurance. Pay is based on experience.
