Job Responsibilities:

Our nightly rental and property management company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness for our properties. The Sales & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in shaping our company's success, performing the following functions:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase market share.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to effectively showcase our properties and attract travelers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, evaluate competition, and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Manage online presence, including websites, social media accounts, and online booking platforms. Develop content and campaigns to engage the audience and increase visibility.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Out-perform direct competitors with rational and competitive pricing, distribution strategy backed by targeted marketing, and careful management of hotel inventory to maximize topline revenue and yield high net profits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property management, real estate, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
  • Team-oriented leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, familiarity with property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business meetings, client presentations, and industry events.
