The IT Account Manager Consultant is responsible for managing client relationships and serving as a consultant (Trusted Advisor) to clients. This role requires a hybrid of technical and customer-focused skill sets. As an IT Account Manager, you are seen as a single point of contact to our clients. A key resource that can help direct change in the client’s environment and guide technical staff at Revolution Group to accomplish goals. The position is a hybrid of work from home and at the office, with a minimum of three days per week at the office.

Requirements

  • Utilize your knowledge of software, hardware, and network applications to understand the client IT environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers at both the operational and executive levels and make presentations as appropriate.
  • Act as single point of contact between client and Revolution Group.
  • The ideal candidate will have information technology infrastructure management experience in their background.
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle for required on-site visits.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7-15 years of varied IT technical experience, or combination.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM helpful.
  • Certifications and years of experiencemanaging and supporting specific technical platforms preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of serving customers and helping other people.
  • Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client-oriented team.
  • Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness.
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.
  • Ability to make decisions in matters of significance.
  • Industry recognized certificates are a plus to include but not limited to ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA.
