Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to the creation of clear, comprehensive documentation for various technical products, processes, and systems. The ideal candidate will excel in producing documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and user guides. With an emphasis on new software implementation and the overhaul of our clients Intranet platform, as well as potential Salesforce documentation, the Technical Writer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients documentation meets the needs of our diverse user base. We are looking for a reliable, communicative individual who possesses strong formatting skills and a keen eye for detail.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in technical writing, with a focus on creating documentation such as SOPs, training manuals, and user guides.
• Familiarity with document formatting and organization techniques, including linking and cross-referencing.
• Experience with software documentation, particularly in the context of new software implementations and system updates.
• Knowledge of Intranet platforms and experience documenting Intranet systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation within established deadlines.
