Job Description
ORSA Technologies, an intergral part of our local community, has an exciting opportunity for an Intelligence Operations Support Training Specialist - SENIOR - TOP SECRET to support the US Army's HUMINT Training-Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) J2X Course at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
Duties:Develops plans and milestones for the analysis, design, and development of courses of instruction. Responsible for the presentation and conduct of all related course training. Prepares lesson plans, training support materials, and tests. Instructs students on joint intelligence operations & staff skills, and provides counseling to students to assist them in successful course completion. Serves as a DoD strategic-level, Joint 2X operations instructor.
Skills/Qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance
- At least six years' Federal Government ( military or civilian), experience as credentialed Counterintelligence (CI) Agent, with a service specific CI MOS
- Three years of above experience must have been as a primary or deputy Counterintelligence Staff Officer at a CJ-2X, J2X, JTF-2X, or other joint CI oriented staff/leadership position including at least one six month deployment in a JOA
- Deployment experience
- Joint staff experience
- Intelligence operations/staff experience
- Bachelor's Degree (equivalent work experience in lieu of education may be considered)
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting at desk, sometimes for prolonged periods of time.
- Standing in classroom environment, sometimes for extended time periods
- Phone use and PC or laptop.
- Filing required.
- May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs.
- Other physical requirements may include directing and participating in training exercises outside the classroom.
Work assignments are dependent on the government client's requirements. Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule.
Travel Requirements: 0-25%
Security Clearance Requirements (considered a requirement for employment):- This position requires a final adjudicated US government TOP SECRET security clearance.
