This is a remote position.
Paradigm is searching for a SQL Server Data Analyst to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. Working as part of a high functioning team, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and optimizing robust solutions in SQL Server for Legal Services projects. You will define and develop solutions with minimal direction through collaboration with Solutions Architects and consultation with Project Managers.
Type: 1 year contract
Location: Remote, USA

As a SQL Server Data Analyst you will:
• Develop, debug, and test T-SQL code to address a wide range of technical and analytical problems
• Determine and implement effective strategies to explore, analyze, interpret, standardize, and conform complex datasets
• Collaborate with team members to determine the sufficiency of data and ensure alignment in requirements
• Assist Solutions Architects in the development of data processing plans that address the custom needs of each project
• Interface with business stakeholders to identify new and/or clarify existing requirements
• Manage and prioritize assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are achieved, communicating appropriately about progress and obstacles
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
• 5+ years’ experience in leading the development of technical solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or related fields) strongly preferred
• Comfortable in consultative interactions, able to articulate both challenges clearly and confidently and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• 10+ years’ experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases
• Advanced/expert level knowledge and experience working with SQL Server and/or in the development of T-SQL code
• Proficient in tuning T-SQL queries and/or in the optimization of database server performance
• Experience performing complex data analysis of huge datasets
