As a Receptionist, you will manage our front desk area, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and perform various clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  3. Provide accurate information and assistance to callers and visitors.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  6. Ensure compliance with security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
  7. Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the organization and its services.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
