Coating Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a Coating Technician I for a client company in the Sultan area. This is a direct hire opportunity offering full-time hours with weekends off! Enjoy a steady schedule of Monday through Thursday working 4 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform spray or dip painting of products to standard finishes
• Adhere to production targets and schedules
• Follow instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Load/unload carts and conduct computer transactions
• Maintain work area cleanliness and assist in process improvement events
• Attend meetings, participate in inventories, and report issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate an overhead crane under supervision
• Basic math, computer, and measurement skills
• Proficiency in reading instructions, charts, and drawings
• Capable of handling small tools and equipment accurately
