A local Grand Forks company is searching for a leasing agent/consultant who will have core responsibilities in property management. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the leasing agent/consultant to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed leasing agent/consultant team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered. Our leasing agent/consultant is vital to our success.

 

As a leasing agent/consultant, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring the occupancy and financial success of our communities. Your primary focus will be to lease available units, assist in the application process, provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our residents

What we look for:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Six months or more experience in retail or customer service setting
• Type 30+ words per minute
• High School Diploma required.
• Prior experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Maintain an active driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
