Compensation $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

As a Home Care Administrator, here is a big picture view of what you will do:
- Manage all aspects of the agency's operations including sales, clinical, clinical supervision, patient and client relations.
- Recruit, Hire and Oversee all office personnel and healthcare staff.
- Maintain Positive Client Relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assess patient needs, coordinate care, resolve issues.
- Comply with applicable home health laws and standards.
A Few Must Have's for a Administrator
- RN/BSN with experience as a Healthcare Administrator.
- VA and DC RN License in Good Standing.
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience.
- OASIS experience
- Extensive Knowledge of State and Federal Home Health Care Regulations.
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills.
