Material Prep / Cleaner Painter (Days)

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Material Prep / Cleaner / Painter for a successful family-owned company in the Arlington area. This is a permanent, fulltime position with a company that prides itself on an superior company culture while creating excellent industrial products.

The schedule is 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with overtime shifts every other Saturday. Enjoy working in a clean, organized shop that prioritizes safety. Pay is $22 - $26 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits.

The Material Prep / Painter will:

• Clean large products using a wire brush and handle chisel
• Operate an airless painter to apply a prime coat over metal and use a grinder
• Learn to operate a structural overhead crane attached to the shop ceiling to move product from one area to another (no experience required)
• Become certified to operate a forklift to move product out of painting area and restage
